[Formuler z8/z10] Instructions: How to set up the MyTVOnline 2 app

Information about the MyTV Online 2 application #

The "MyTV Online 2" application is a pre-installed app for devices from the manufacturer "Formuler". The app is available in two different versions. The "MyTV Online" app is available for Formuler Z7+ and older models, as well as Formuler Z Nano. "MyTV Online 2" is therefore available for devices Formuler Z8 or newer. This is an Android application that can be used on both the Stalker/MAG system and Xtream Codes. Set up your Formuler device in just a few steps.

Requirement for setting up the MyTV Online 2 app #

To set up the MyTV Online 2 app, you need access, which you can purchase via our customer portal. You can find our customer portal here: https://my.6iptv.com/

Please enter the MAC ID of your device when ordering access. (00:1E:8B:XX:XX)

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the MyTV Online 2 app installed to avoid possible programming errors in the app.

Setting up the MyTV Online 2 app #

Portal Setting Setup #

NOTE: If you have not yet connected your device to the Internet, we ask that you do so. We always recommend using a LAN cable, as this allows full internet performance to be used. The Internet speed may be impaired if you have connected your device to your Internet network via WLAN. If your MyTV Online 2 app is not up to date, we ask you to update the app to avoid possible programming errors.

Step 1: Please select "Add Portal" in the MyTV Online 2 app.

Step 2: Please enter an abbreviation/nickname in the "Portal Nickname" field, we recommend using our name "6IPTV).

Step 3: Please enter the portal URL in the "Portal URL" field. You can find this in the customer portal or ask our customer service.

Step 4: To establish a connection with your access, please go to "CONNECT".

Step 5: Now your device should load the portal and the associated channels, VOD & EPG data. This may take a few minutes, so we ask for your patience.

Step 6: You have now set up your MyTV Online 2 app.

Setting up the MyTV Online 2 application via Xtream Codes API #

Step 1: Please select "Add Portal" in the MyTV Online 2 app.

Step 2: Please enter an abbreviation/nickname in the "Portal Nickname" field, we recommend using our name "6IPTV).

Step 3: Please enter one of the following host URLs in the "Portal URL" field. You can find this in the customer portal or ask our customer service.

Step 4: Please check the box "Is the login required?" / Registration required!)

Step 5: Please enter your username from the access you have purchased in the "Username / Username" field.

Step 6: Now all you have to do is enter the password for your purchased access into the "Password" field.

Step 7: In order to establish a connection with your access, please go to "CONNECT".

Step 8: Now your device should load the portal and the associated channels, VOD & EPG data. This may take a few minutes, so we ask for your patience.

Step 6: You have now finished setting up your MyTVOnline 2 app with the Xtream Codes API.
